The member will receive an e-mail request for a new friend request and will have the option to accept your request or not. 


You can also remove/delete a friend by going to your friends list and remove the friend from your list. 


We made it easy for players to invite and remove friends from their circle of friends. 


A function is available to automatically accept the requests for friends.


This function is located in your profile, in the section 'Edit profile'  and then hit the 'Preferences' tab.


You can turn the function on or off as desired.

Also, you can tell your friends to join us and have them as friends right away.

To choose another language, click on 'the left top corner'  of the main page of the website, you can then choose a language from the list displayed. 


Although, the language options are there for easier understanding to our global community, please remember to use the English language when speaking and/or communicating with community members  at the tables ,for mutual respect to other players and to avoid colussion accusations. 


In your friend table(s) you are allowed to use any language you wish, it’s your table and your friends.

The support staff will walk you through the process depending on how you closed the account and why.  Players that requested the closure and did not do so by self-banning themselves will have the ability to reinstate the account.  Players that self-banned themselves will have to wait-out a grace period before returning.
You can close and/or delete your account by visiting your profile, clicking the 'Edit Profile' tab which is located below your 'Username' and then hitting the delete button. 


This will remove your profile from the site. 


You can also auto-ban your account for a certain period of time by clicking in the calender the date of your comeback.


As for the final cashout for the account, if this applies, please call our customer support center or request the final cashout before deleting your profile.
It is possible that your e-mail provider considers the e-mails from us as junk mail (spam).


If that is the case, see the FAQ page on the E-mails and on how to fix the problem.


By selecting “Not Junk” in your electronic mailbox it might fix the issue permanently but if the problem arises again check our E-mail FAQ’s or email
